The deletion of the popular music platform "Spotify" of the song of the Palestinian artist Mohammed Assaf "I am my Palestinian blood" after 8 years of its release, received different reactions from social media users. Activists circulated that the deletion was motivated by accusations of anti-Semitism.
Palestinian activists launched a campaign to boycott Spotify and rate the platform with one star instead of 5 stars. The song is now sung in many Palestinian and Arab parties, weddings and events, as an expression of solidarity with the cause of Palestine and its people.
