The last season of the First Division League for amateur clubs witnessed the imposition of fines on the clubs participating in the 2022-2023 season with a total value of 254 thousand dirhams, according to a statistic monitored by "Emirates Today" from the official website of the UAE Football Association, through fines issued by the Disciplinary Committee against clubs, players, administrators and technical equipment, and for the first team in football for these clubs. On the other hand, the total fines imposed on ADNOC Professional League clubs at the end of last season amounted to 605,<> dirhams.

It is noteworthy that the "amateur" league last season was attended by 17 clubs, and was crowned by the Hatta team, and the runner-up of the UAE team, so that the two teams ascend to play in the ADNOC Professional League next season.

The list of fines for "amateur" clubs included 12 clubs out of 17: Al Dhaid, Fujairah, Fursan Hisbania, Baynouna, Al Jazeera Al Hamra, Al Rams, Gulf FC, Al Oruba, Al Arabi, Hatta, Masafi and the Emirates. In contrast, no sanctions were imposed on five clubs: City, Masfout, Al Hamriya, Dibba Al Hisn and Al Taawun.

Hatta topped the list with an amount of 42,10 dirhams, including 20,12 dirhams for a member of its technical staff to light a smoke canister during a match, in addition to receiving another fine of 40,30 dirhams, and 10,20 dirhams for punishing its player Ayman Rashouk. Al Dhaid Club ranked second with a fine of 22,10 dirhams for violating the protocol of match operations and falsifying the examinations of four players, and raising them on the electronic system, and the Emirates Club came third in terms of financial penalties of 12,21 dirhams, including 9000,12 dirhams due to the descent of its fans and one of the club's officials to the pitch in one of the matches, in addition to another <>,<> dirhams. Al-Arabi was fined <>,<> dirhams, including <>,<> dirhams for spitting and uttering a referee in one of his matches, and <>,<> dirhams for a fine against the Lima player for assaulting a player from a rival team. Al Jazeera Al Hamra was fined <>,<> dirhams, including <>,<> dirhams for receiving six warnings, in addition to punishing its player Igor with a four-match suspension and fining him <>,<> dirhams for assaulting a rival player in a match.

The Knights of Hispania were punished with 20,18 dirhams for violating the protocol of match operations and falsifying the examinations of players and raising them on the electronic system of the Football Association, while Baynouna was fined 10,8000 dirhams, including <>,<> dirhams for uttering the club's chairman and the club's manager on the referee of one of the team's matches, in addition to being fined <>,<> dirhams because of the punishment of his player Rakad Al-Katheeri.

Fujairah received a fine of 18,8000 dirhams, including 10,<> dirhams for punishing its player Mohammed Salem for assaulting a player from a rival team, and another for <>,<> dirhams.

Gulf FC was fined 17,9000 dirhams, including 8000,12 dirhams for receiving six warnings, and another fine of 10,4000 dirhams for its player Abdullah Al-Mulla. Masafi was fined <>,<> dirhams for his player Vinicius Silva. The Rams fined <>,<> dirhams for throwing liquid bottles on the ground at one of the team's matches. Al-Orouba is the lowest amateur club in terms of fines of only <>,<> dirhams because of the punishment of its player Salem Rashid for uttering obscene words on the referee in one of the team's matches in the amateur league.
