The oil depot of Port-la-Nouvelle (Aude) was unblocked by the police, this Friday, at dawn, said the prefecture. The passage of trucks carrying fuel had been prevented since March 16 by demonstrators against the pension reform. This action had led to "disruptions in the supply of hydrocarbons to the region," say the services of the State.

The operation, which mobilized about fifty CRS around 5 am, "took place in peace, says the prefecture of Aude. Truck rotations [...] have resumed." At France 3 Occitanie, a CGT official explains that "the thirty militants on the dam did not resist, as had been decided in the general assembly, because the action is non-violent".
