The Swedish streaming service has been in a slump since last week. The company has issued a profit warning for the first time in its history.

The problem is that the service is too expensive, says the company's CEO, Marie Nilsson. Nilsson: "We as consumers have learned how easy it is to jump in and out of the service" The company is now looking for ways to make up for the loss of revenue with a lower price for the service, she says.
