The practices of content creators have come under fire in recent months, while some of them commit abuses. This Thursday, Parliament adopted by a last unanimous vote in the Senate a transpartisan bill to better regulate the influencer sector.

The text by MPs Arthur Delaporte (PS) and Stéphane Vojetta (related to Renaissance) prohibits influencers from promoting certain dangerous products or practices and includes measures to regulate this booming market. It was adopted unanimously by the 342 voting senators, after a final vote Wednesday in the Assembly, again unanimously.
