The mission launched on December 11 with a launch from Cape Canaveral. Also on board were two small rovers, one from Japan and one from the United Arab Emirates, and several experiments. ESA will support communications. This is a first step in an ambitious project for the development of services in the lunar environment that ispace plans to develop in the coming years.
