The former manufacturer of ultra-practical mini-city cars has just presented the second model of its redeployment. No real surprise, since the model was already announced: the "hashtag 3" is an electric coupe crossover that surfs the fashionable wave. If Mercedes still owns the brand and signs the design, remember that the technical base is signed Geely, and that the Smart therefore shares its platform and everything else with Volvo, Lynk & Co or Zeekr models, for example. What changes is the aesthetic language, younger, more dynamic, especially in terms of the cabin actually very pleasant.
Brabus
In basic version, this beautiful baby of almost 2 tons will be equipped with a 268 hp engine. And this time again, Smart will offer a version stamped Brabus, equipped with a second engine (therefore 4-wheel drive), for a cumulative power of 422 hp. No info is yet published regarding batteries and autonomy, but we can assume that the pack will be at least equal to that of the Smart #1, with a capacity of 66 kWh. We will probably know more in the coming months, since the Smart #3 can be ordered in Europe next September, for first deliveries in early 2024.
