With its original all-inclusive subscription formula, Lynk&Co is discreetly making a place for itself on the market, especially with an audience that seeks to "consume differently", including in the field of the car. The 01, the brand's first model, is increasingly visible in major European cities, proof that the idea of a no-obligation subscription, which can be terminated without notice at the end of each month, has reached its target.

More imposing

It is in 2024 that we should see this new model arrive. The 08 is obviously bigger and more spacious than the 01, but the recipe is the same. Basically, let's remember that Lynk&Co is like "Volvo's Skoda". The technical basis and quality are identical to those of the parent brand, but at a much lower price. And the 01 is technically based on the Volvo XC40 plug-in hybrid (Lynk&Co also offers a simple hybrid version), the 08 will probably be based on the platform of the future XC60. But if the latter will be exclusively electric, the Lynk & Co will remain faithful to the plug-in hybrid, with a 1.5 turbo petrol engine, assisted by different battery packs and electric motors of various powers.
