If Cherry is less known here than MG, Geely or BYD, it is because this Chinese manufacturer does not (yet) market its models in our latitudes. This does not prevent it from selling nearly three million cars a year worldwide. But things could well change with the arrival of the Jetour Traveller, which is inspired by the Jeep Wrangler and other Ford Bronco, and especially a lot (too much) of the current Land Rover Defender.

Like the Jeep Wrangler 4xe, the Jetour Traveller will be available as a plug-in hybrid engine in addition to combustion engines. A particularity that could open the doors to Europe and its particularly strict CO2 emission standards. In China, the basic version is sold for the equivalent of € 20,400, while the plug-in hybrid is worth € 28,000. Something to think about...
