First rowing boat tours in Dubai Water Canal to start Saturday

The Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) will organise the Dubai 30ft Rowing Boat Race (the first round of the Dubai Championship for the 2023-2024 sports season) on Saturday, taking place on a 2.3km streamline in the Dubai Water Canal near the Al Jaddaf Walk opposite the Dubai Creek Wildlife Conservation.
The championship brings together elite sailors, Nawakhadas and owners from the UAE, Bahrain and Oman, as well as corporate boats competing in the enterprise run.
The organizing committee at the Dubai International Marine Club will begin preparations for the major event in coordination with government departments and national institutions, as well as complete the registration procedures for participation through the club's electronic portal daily until the closing date of registration next Friday, where the list of boats participating in the race will be approved and announced.
