The Godolphin team, with three of its elite horses, is pushing to compete for the titles of the Metropolitan Handicap and Manhattan Stakes, in the first category, which are held today at the famous American track "Belmont Park".

Trained by William Mott, Code's Wish returns to Belmont Park for the Metropolitan Handicap 1600,<>m dirt challenge to continue his exceptional form after a five-length victory over his nearest rival in the G<> Westchester Stakes, and has not tasted defeat on his next four starts.

Trainer Charlie Appleby is pushing Atoman Fleet and Warren Point to compete for the Manhattan Stakes over 2400,<>m turf on the back of Attoman Fleet's victory at Belmont Park earlier last month the Fruit Marcy Stakes for G<> horses, while Warren Point finished fifth, less than two lengths in the Man O War Stakes for G<> horses.

Michael Banahan, director of racehorse production at Godolphin in America, said in a press statement: "Code's Wish trained excellently in preparation for the race, and his last exercises went perfectly, and his training staff has been happy with him since his return from the Churchill Downs Stakes, and we have great hope that he can add another victory in the first category races to his list of honor, and we feel that we have the right horse to win, despite the strength of the competing names."
