UAE Team Emirates celebrates fourth "ascension" with a big win over the Hispania Knights

UAE Team Emirates concluded its participation in the first division season today with a celebration of "ascension" to the ADNOC Professional League, with a great victory over the Hispania Knights 3-1 on the first day of the final round, with the rest of the round matches to be held tomorrow. The UAE booked the boarding pass last week, but after meeting the Knights of Hispania celebrated the ascension, and was crowned with silver medals for second place.

The "Falcons" strengthened their tally in the "amateur" league with the 71st point in the league runner-up. The team's players were crowned by Ahmed Yousef bin Darwish, member of the Board of Directors of the Football Association and Chairman of the Competitions Committee, in the presence of Yousef Abdullah Al-Batran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Club, and a number of officials.

Ahmed Issa scored for the "Falcons" in the 34th minute, Brazilian Diego Farias (42), and his compatriot Letheri Silva (45 + 1), while the goal of the Knights of Hispania scored Brazilian Marlon Costa (80). This is the fourth rise of the UAE team to the "professionals", and that was in the 2009 season, then in 2013, which is the only season in which he rose as champions of the league, and then returned and ascended in the 2021 season and in the current season 2023.
