A traffic accident behind the dismissal of the Saudi Al Hilal coach

Al Hilal Saudi Club has agreed to leave its Argentine coach Ramon Diaz for his country until the end of the season, to stand by his family who suffered a traffic accident.
The capital club announced on Sunday that Diaz's son, Emiliano, will take over the duties of overseeing the first team.
Al Hilal saved its season by winning the King's Cup title at the expense of Al Wahda on penalties, after losing the AFC Champions League title by losing to Japan's Urawa Red Diamonds, and occupying fourth place in the local league currently, far behind leaders Al Ittihad.
Al-Hilal said in its accounts on social networking sites that Emiliano Diaz will lead the technical helm of the blue "during the remaining matches of the current sports season, after the club's management agreed to leave Argentine Ramon Diaz, to his country to stand by his family after they suffered a traffic accident, resulting in a death, and two injuries, during the month of March."
Emiliano will lead the "leader" in his upcoming match against Al-Ittihad on Tuesday, then the matches of Damak, Al-Adalah, Abha and Al-Raed, knowing that Al-Hilal currently has 49 points in fourth place, 13 points behind Al-Ittihad.
Diaz, whose contract with the club expires in June, said goodbye to the players and wrote a message to the Crescent fans on his Instagram account: "I came here to face a professional challenge and become part of my life. I've always felt like this group of players are like my children, so thank you for all the moments we've had together."
In his farewell message, the former international striker continued: "I will carry in my heart forever the treatment I received from the people of this country."
Diaz, 63, led Al Hilal for two periods, the first between 2016 and 2018 and the second starting from 2022, during which he won the league title twice, finished runners-up in the AFC Champions League twice and reached the final of the last Club World Cup against Real Madrid.
It is noteworthy that Emiliano Diaz led Al Hilal in its match against Al Ittifaq last March in the league and achieved a 3-<> victory over it.
