Spanish professional footballer Mallorca, who played all 90 minutes of the first and second half with international striker Lee Kang-in, picked up three points after a recent deficit of one draw and two defeats.

Mallorca won 1-2 at home against Cadiz in the Round of 3 of the 13-2022 Spanish Professional Football La Liga at the Estadi Mallorca Sonmosi in Mallorca, Spain on the 2023th.

Lee Kang-in, who started and played until the end of the game, did not add any offensive points, but he contributed to the team's victory, serving as the starting point for the winning goal.

In the 34th minute of the first half, Lee Kang-in's corner kick led to Idrisu Baba's header, which hit the opposing goalkeeper's hand and the net before Pablo Maffeo headed it back in to make it 1-0.

Just earlier, in the 16th minute of the first half, Lee Kang-in intercepted the ball and dug into the front of the penalty area and connected with a pass to Vedat Muriki on the right.

However, Muriki's shot missed to the left and did not connect with the goal.

Lee Kang-in, who received a yellow card five minutes into the second half for defending, appeared to score his seventh goal of the season when he scored on a counter-attack in second-half extra time, but was declared offside.

Lee Kang-in was confident of the goal and even had a ceremony in which he threw his fist into the air, but since the opposing goalkeeper was also involved in the attack, it was confirmed that Lee Kang-in crossed the half-line first with a narrow kick.

Lee Kang-in scored against Athletic Bilbao on Jan. 1, scoring six goals and four assists, becoming the first South Korean player to accumulate double-digit attacking points in a season in Spain's La Liga.

Lee Kang-in showed some lively body work in the 0th minute of the second half, taking the ball from the left flank and dribbling directly into the opposition camp.

After the match, La Liga named Lee Kang-in as the best player of the match.

WhoScored.com, a statistics site specializing in soccer, gave Lee Kang-in a rating of 15.5.

That's the fifth-highest score among the 7 starters.

He didn't have a shot, but he made two key passes, three dribbles and four cross attempts.

Mallorca, who have slumped to one draw and two defeats in their last three games, picked up victory just around 2 days after a 6-4 win over Getafe on April 40.

With 7 wins, 19 draws, 11 losses and 5 points, Mallorca sit 3th out of 4 teams and are 1 points clear of the relegation zone 2th.

With four games left this season, Mallorca face Almeria on the 4st.

Defeated on the day, Cadiz is in 24th place with 3 wins, 1 draws, 20 losses and 12 points.

In May, they lost two games in a row and are only one point behind 8th place.
