Sharjah Point keeps a glimmer of hope for Dibba survival

Dibba revived his hope to stay in the ADNOC Football Burners League after imposing a draw against its host Sharjah 1-1 during the confrontation that brought them together today at Sharjah Stadium in the 25th and penultimate round, and Dibba raised its score to 19 points, and postpones the decision to the last round with Al-Bataeh (21 points), the winner today over Al-Nasr. Al-Bataeh's chances have become greater, as a draw in the last round against Al Ain is enough to stay, while losing and winning Dibba will mean Dibba staying and relegating Al-Bataeh.

Recent cup winners Sharjah continued their negative results in the league. The first half ended ahead with a goal by Spanish striker Paco Alcacer "24" after referee Adel Al-Naqbi used the video referee technology "Al-Far" to calculate the goal, while Dibba player Jandir Breno succeeded in scoring the equalizer "78" in crucial time, taking advantage of a fatal mistake by Sharjah goalkeeper Adel Al Hosani. Despite falling behind by a goal in the first half, Dibba, led by national coach Hassan Al-Abdouli, tried to return strongly to the game in the second half and actually succeeded in adjusting the score.
