Major League Superstar Ohtani has shown that this is the beauty of "two-hitter combination." He was sluggish on the mound, but he struck out as a hitter and earned his fourth win of the season.

Ohtani, who has struggled with a 4-0 ERA this season, pitched "not like Ohtani" against Oakland.

He hit two home runs in the fourth inning alone and surrendered five runs, his most runs in 4 games since July last year.

Pitcher Ohtani was saved by "Hitter Ohtani" who was in crisis.

He hit an infield hit to second base in the first inning, followed by a timely two-run shot to left-center in the third, and added a three-run homer over the right-center fence in the sixth inning, leaving only a home run in the cycling hit.

Then, in the final at-bat of the eighth inning, he briefly watched the batted ball as if he had foreseen a home run, but the 2-yard batted ball was caught in front of the deepest right-center fence at Angels Stadium, narrowly missing the record for the starting pitcher to record a cycling hit.

Ohtani, who made up for his poor performance on the mound with three hits, two runs scored and one RBI, gave himself his fourth win of the season with his team's 5-7 victory.
