Ali said that «the swimmer must continue to train, and not interrupt for more than two days, to maintain his fitness and skill, and to participate in most of the available races, to determine the extent of the development of his level and readiness to compete and gain the required experience, in addition to continuing to develop the level even in the absence of championships, and the use of necessary swimming equipment, including glasses and head covering, and compensate for the emergency stops with double training units, according to the instructions of the competent trainer, as well as early sleep to increase high concentration».

He warned that the swimmer should not swim in the sea except when he is able to do so, otherwise it is preferable to train and swim in official swimming pools, and it is preferable to display any training plans that are found on the websites to the competent trainer before working with them, because this sport in which the swimmer desperately needs the coach.
