Manchester City sweep Bayern Munich and Haaland tweets out of the flock

Manchester City needed 90 minutes to write a big and comfortable victory over the conqueror of the big boys German team Bayern Munich, with a clean treble in the match that brought them together in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Champions League at Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City took the lead in the first half with a Rodri goal from a superb shot from outside the box in the 27th minute, and in the second half, Sane came back and hit shot after shot, but Ederson worked in front of his former teammate, and saved Manchester City from two goals.

With the pressure, City managed to score the second goal from Haaland's pass, who sent a cross to Bernardo Silva to score brilliantly with a header past Yann Sommer in the 70th minute.

Six minutes later, Manchester City returned and scored the third, with a new defensive error, after Bernardo's cross to Stones to reach the uncontrolled scoring legend Hollande, to score against Bayern.

The match ended with a clean treble and Manchester City was one step away from qualifying for the semi-finals, while Bayern Munich, need to win in Germany by 4 goals, to eliminate the English champions.
