The Prosecutor's Office has also summoned as witnesses in the 'Negreira case' the former president of the management company that took over Barça after the departure of

Josep Maria Bartomeu,

Carles Tusquets,

and the former director of the Football Area,

Pep Segura

.

Both join a list that includes the former presidents

Joan Laporta

and

Joan Gaspart

, the former coaches

Ernesto Valverde

or

Luis Enrique,

and the son of the

former number two

of the Spanish referees, Javier

Enríquez.

In parallel, it should be remembered that the Public Ministry has requested the imputation of the former Barça presidents Josep Maria Bartomeu and

Sandro Rosell

, alluding to the fact that the payments they made to the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA) are not prescribed.

Likewise, he has directed his accusation against

José María Enríquez Negreira,

who is going to allege that he suffers from Alzheimer's.

The complaint from the Prosecutor's Office, which is also directed against Barça for sports corruption, considers that the club paid Negreira to influence the referees and get "favorable treatment" in the matches he played.

Over the next few days, the letter from the Prosecutor's Office will be admitted for processing by the Barcelona courts and a case will be initiated in which the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has already taken the reins due to its importance and special complexity.
