It's the party in Slovenia, this Sunday. If Tadej Pogacar flew over Paris - Nice, Primoz Roglic did not struggle much more to win in Tirreno-Adriatico. Slovenia's Primoz Roglic won the Italian race for the second time on Sunday, after his first success in 2019, having won three of the seven stages of the race where he started his 2023 season.

The three-time winner of the Vuelta a España (2019 to 2021) finished in the peloton the 7th and final stage without difficulty, settled in a sprint by the Belgian Jasper Philipsen in San Benedetto del Tronto, in the Marche region.

Giro Objective

The Jumbo-Visma rider will try to shine again on the transalpine roads during the next Giro d'Italia, from 6 to 28 May.

Model crew member to Jonas Vingegaard during the Dane victory in the Tour de France last year, Roglic has experienced several disappointments on the Grande Boucle and will miss this year.
