He was active in horse racing, including winning two G1 races, including overseas.

This was announced by the JRA = Japan Central Racing Association on the 10th.

Heart's Cry is a male Thoroughbred whose father was Sunday Silence, who gave birth to many famous horses.

He won a G1 race for the first time at the 2005 Arima Kinen and surprised horse racing fans by becoming the first horse to beat Deep Impact, the second horse in history to win the Classic Race Triple Crown that year.

The following year, he won the G1 race in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and after his retirement from racing, he also worked as a stallion.

After he retired from the stallion three years ago, he spent time at a ranch in Abira, Hokkaido, where he died on the 9th.

Teruya Yoshida, CEO of Shadai Farm, who manages Heart's Cry, said, "The horse's name, Heart's Cry, was a perfect match with its intimidating atmosphere. He showed us a variety of scenery. Please rest in peace. I want it," he commented.
