His indictment "finally offers him the possibility of defending himself", declared Me Fanny Colin in a press release, and in particular of "reading the file".

The whistleblower refused a confrontation with the player

"I note for my part that the whistleblower refused to file a complaint, refused to submit to the slightest medical or psychological examination and refused to be confronted with Achraf Hakimi while, however, the accusation rests exclusively on her about," said Me Colin.

"In addition, it follows in my opinion from the documents which are in the hands of the judicial police that Mr. Hakimi has, in this case, been the subject of an attempted racketeering", she concluded.

Friday morning, the player appeared very smiling at PSG training, noted an AFP journalist.

Heard the day before by investigators from the Hauts-de-Seine Territorial Security, he was indicted on Thursday.

His judicial control prohibits him from coming into contact with the young woman.

However, he may leave French territory.
