- That was the plan all along, to hold position and run undisturbed.
That's when I run at my best.
That was the problem in the trials, I got a little messed up and then it gets worse.
But this was a good feeling through and through.

Bengström's personal record, also a Swedish record, is 45.33 from the Indoor WC in Budapest 2022 where he won bronze.
