A Spanish report revealed a new leak in the issue currently being raised regarding the Barcelona crisis, and Jose Maria Enriquez Negrera, former vice-chairman of the Referees Committee of the Spanish Football Federation.

Barcelona has been facing accusations for days of being involved in secret relations with the referees, and related to paying money to a company owned by Negrera.

El Mundo newspaper detonated a new surprise, when it published a new leak, which is a "Profax" that was sent by Negrera's lawyer to FC Barcelona on December 3, 2018.

The profax includes an objection by Negrera to the decision of former Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu to end cooperation between the two parties, and the former demanded the “Blaugrana” to pay his debts owed to him.

As for the most prominent point in this "profax", it was represented by Negrera's threat to Barcelona to reveal "violations", in the event that matters were not settled between the two sides.

And “El Mundo” published the text of the document, in which Negrera’s lawyer wrote: “We entered into a contract for the provision of services that continues until the end of the current presidential term (Bartomeu), and our company has been providing consulting services since 2003 at the request of presidents (Juan) Laporta and (Sandro) Rosell and Bartomeo.”

And the document added: “The company worked to meet the needs of FC Barcelona exclusively, so that we do not work with a third party, and from the beginning the relationship was more than good, until the relationship between clients and club presidents exceeded the professional part to personal matters.”

And he continued: “We refer to the non-payment of the invoices attached to this document related to the provision of services from July to December (2018), amounting to 267 thousand euros, please settle the payment within 10 working days.”

And he continued: "Once things are settled, we will continue to provide services to the club in the usual way, but if your intention is otherwise, we invite you to inform our client, because until now our client has not been officially informed of the dispensation of his services."

And the document was not satisfied with that, but rather revealed: "Negrera believes that everything that happened is a misunderstanding, and if it was otherwise, then the position of Barcelona, especially Mr. Bartomeu, would be incomprehensible."

And the document continued: "Please reach a positive and constructive agreement, in order to avoid further incorrect and undesirable matters on both sides."

And Spanish reports had claimed a few days ago that Barcelona paid an amount of one million and 400 thousand euros to the Can Negrira company, acquiring part of it between 2016 and 2018.

As a result, most Spanish clubs issued official statements, calling on the Spanish Federation and La Liga to reveal the truth, ensure the integrity of local competitions, and preserve the reputation of football in Spain.

Real Madrid, Barcelona's traditional rivals, refused to join these clubs and distanced itself from the controversial issue.

And the newspaper "Marca" revealed the reason for this move by Real Madrid, stressing that "Al-Merengue" does not currently belong to the Commission of Delegates in the "La Liga", and therefore it is not entitled to vote or express an official opinion.

She explained that Real Madrid also does not have the right to object to the issuance of the joint statement for the same reason, but that does not preclude the fact that the “Royal” administration is angry about this information, according to “Marca”.
