Moscow-SANA
The Russian Ministry of Emergencies announced today that 27 tons of humanitarian aid are on their way to the residents of the Gaza Strip.
The Novosti news agency quoted the ministry's Telegram account as saying: "Its Il-76 plane took off from Makhachkala airport in the Republic of Dagestan to the Egyptian airport of Al-Arish, where 27 tons of humanitarian aid will be delivered to representatives of the Egyptian Red Crescent, who will in turn transport it to the Gaza Strip."
This new batch of humanitarian aid comes as a continuation of previous payments announced by Russia to help Palestinians in the Gaza Strip through Egyptian territory.
