Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev stressed that the United States of America is the beneficiary of the continuation of the Ukrainian crisis, stressing the need to change the Nazi regime of Kiev established by Washington and London, and to consolidate the status of a neutral state to Ukraine.

During a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Volvovich in Minsk today, Patrushev said, according to Russia Today: "Washington and London are the ones who created the Nazi regime of Kiev, which must be changed and the status of a neutral state to Ukraine consecrated," pointing out that the United States is waging an undeclared war on Russia and Belarus, where Western politicians do not hide it.

He pointed out that there is no war between the peoples of Russia and Ukraine, but only explicit American aggression, stressing that the United States is the only beneficiary of the continuation of the Ukrainian crisis.

Patrushev described the destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydropower plant as "another terrorist attack planned by the Kiev regime," noting that the day before the collapse of the station, at Kiev's behest, a large amount of water was discharged through the Ukraine-controlled Dneprepetrovsk hydroelectric power plant and then retargeted.

Patrushev stressed that the United States, Britain and their NATO partners coordinating Kiev's moves should take responsibility for the situation of the stricken Kakhovskaya station.

Patrushev stressed that the situation in Ukraine makes deepening Russian-Belarusian cooperation in the field of defense vital.
