Occupied Jerusalem - SANA

Dozens of Palestinians participated this evening in a solidarity stand in the town of Baqa al-Gharbia and the Wadi Ara area in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948, in support of the Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons, especially the prisoner who is sick with cancer Walid Daqqa.

WAFA reported that the participants in the vigil organized by the Palestinian national forces raised the Palestinian flag, banners and pictures in support of the prisoners in the occupation prisons and the need to support them, condemning the continuous violations of the occupation against them, especially the prisoner Walid Daqqa, who suffers from cancer in the spinal cord, and who removed a large part of his right lung.

The prisoner Daqqa, 62, from the town of Baqa al-Gharbia in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948, has been detained by the occupation for 38 years, and is one of the most prominent prisoners who contributed to many of the steps of the struggle of the captive national movement.
