Russia has renewed its warning of new US plans to establish terrorist organizations as tools in its plans to target Syria and carry out criminal operations.

Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia, said during a meeting of the Security Council today on humanitarian and political affairs in Syria, according to the Sputnik agency: There are new US destructive plans against Syria through Washington's establishment of a new terrorist organization in the vicinity of Raqqa province, northeast of the country, to be used again in terrorist operations against it.

He added: "We would like to point out once again the destructive approach of the United States, which seems, is no longer sufficient to inject weapons into the 'illegal armed' formations that it established in Al-Tanf, and according to our information, Washington began to establish what it called a 'Free Syrian Army' in the vicinity of Raqqa, Syria, with the participation of representatives of the terrorist organization ISIS and other terrorist organizations."

Earlier in the day, the press office of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service quoted the head of the service, Sergei Naryshkin, as saying that the United States is helping armed gangs preparing for terrorist attacks in Syria in crowded places.

The press office revealed the intention of the US intelligence services to once again use terrorists as a usual tool to carry out their sabotage plans, who are now called the "moderate opposition," pointing out that "the management of this criminal activity" takes place at the US military occupation center in "Al-Tanf", where dozens of ISIS terrorists are trained.
