Astronomical: The temperature inside the vehicle reaches 60 degrees Celsius in less than an hour

Assistant Director of the Sharjah Center for Space and Astronomy Sciences, Ibrahim Al-Jarwan, warned that global warming inside the closed car and exposed to direct sun at noon raises the temperature inside from 40 degrees Celsius outside to about 60 degrees Celsius inside within less than an hour, which may cause health damage and heat exhaustion that may lead to death, pointing out that the rate of children who die due to the intensity of the heat inside the car in the United States of America is estimated at 30 to 40 children per year.

AlJarwan stated that temperatures rise in most of the lands of the Arabian Peninsula during the months of July and August, touching the maximum degrees, including 43 degrees Celsius, with a chance of hot and dry waves that raise the maximum degrees to exceed 48 degrees Celsius, adding that these waves last for a period of 2 to 5 days and are repeated every 10 to 15 days during July and August.

He explained that temperatures are measured in monitoring stations at the open air and at an altitude of 2 meters above the ground in a shaded place, so the temperature of objects exposed to direct sun at noon (especially metal objects) may reach about 70 degrees Celsius at air temperature approaching 45 degrees Celsius in less than an hour.
