Expedited operation
A medical report issued by Khalifa Hospital in Ajman, a copy of which was obtained by Emirates Today, showed that (Abu Ali) was admitted to the emergency department in the hospital, unconscious, and after conducting tests, analyzes and CT scans, the results showed that there was an enlargement in the veins of the esophagus and the liver stopped working completely.
The report added that immediately an urgent surgery was performed through the endoscope, to stop the bleeding until it was controlled.
Liver cessation
Abu Ali told Emirates Today the story of his suffering with the disease, saying: "In the Ramadan month of this year, after returning from work, I was surprised by the continuous vomiting of large amounts of blood, and the exit of bloody stools, in addition to feeling dizzy in the head, until I lost consciousness."
He added that he was transferred by ambulance to the emergency department at Khalifa Hospital in Ajman, and after conducting many analyzes and laboratory tests, the doctor treating his health condition told him that the liver stopped working permanently, and that in order to save his life, urgent surgery must be performed to stop the acute internal bleeding.

Options
Abu Ali explained that the treating doctor told him that his health condition requires two options, the first is to replace the affected liver with a healthy liver, while the second option is to perform endoscopic operations every month, through which the bleeding is temporarily stopped by a procedure called "balloon tamping".
He appealed to (Abu Ali) good people and people with compassionate hearts to help him manage 7780 dirhams the cost of two laparoscopic surgeries, saying that he «can not manage the amount, as he works as a driver for a private contracting company, and receives a monthly salary of 3000 dirhams, and supports a small family consisting of two children and a wife who works as a nanny in a private school and receives a monthly salary of 900 dirhams».
"We rely on some food aid from friends, neighbours and charities in the country, which barely meets the basic needs of family members."
