President congratulates Erdogan by phone on his re-election as President of Turkey

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today held a phone call with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, during which he congratulated him on his re-election as President of the Republic of Turkey for a new term in the presidential elections.

His Highness expressed his wishes to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to continue leading his country and achieving the aspirations of his people towards further progress and prosperity, looking forward to working together to strengthen the relations of the two countries and their strategic partnership for the good of the two countries and their friendly peoples.

For his part, the Turkish President expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the President of the UAE for congratulating him and the sincere feelings he expressed towards Turkey and its people.
