Within the framework of the health recreational camp held by Belarus for the first batch of Syrian children at the initiative of the Belarusian leadership since 2017, the Syrian-Belarusian friendship evening was held at the National Health Education Center in the Zubronak camp with the participation of Syrian children and their Belarusian counterparts.

During the evening, which took place in the presence of the Syrian ambassador in Minsk, Mohammed Al-Amrani, Syrian children presented a number of Syrian national and traditional paintings that express Syria's history and civilization, which won the admiration and approval of the audience.

The evening included various artistic competitions between children from both friendly countries, during which Syrian children won many awards.

During the evening, the head of the delegation of Syrian children, Nima Shaddoud, Head of the Office of Culture and Foreign Relations of the Vanguards of the Baath Organization, delivered a speech in which she expressed the great happiness of Syrian children to participate in this camp and Syria's high appreciation to friendly Belarus for its humanitarian initiative, which comes in light of the difficult conditions that Syrian children live in as a result of the terrorist war and the unjust economic sanctions imposed on Syria.
