Russian forces thwarted an attempt by a Ukrainian sabotage group to infiltrate the front line, in the direction of Alexander Kalinovsky.
Sputnik quoted the ministry as saying in a statement: "Russian automatic rifle and artillery units thwarted the attempt of a Ukrainian group of sabotage and assault to break through the front line in the direction of Alexander Kalinovsky."
The statement added: "Russian aircraft carried out strikes on the temporary deployment points of Ukrainian forces, and on the places where Ukrainian weapons and military equipment are stockpiled, reserves and ammunition stores in several locations."
On February 24, 2022, Russian forces launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aimed at protecting people who have been persecuted and exterminated by the Kiev regime for eight years.
