The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Sweida organized 12 seizures of supplies in shops, bread and transportation dependents for violations committed.
The head of the Consumer Protection Department in the directorate, Ayman Abu Hamdan, said in a statement to the SANA correspondent today that the organization officers were referred to the competent judiciary assets, and were distributed by 5 officers with bread for illegal disposal of bread ration, and 3 officers by means of transport on the Shahba line "Lawa" to charge excess wages and stop working, and 3 officers in shops for not announcing prices and seized in a shop for not trading bills.
Abu Hamdan pointed out that the directorate continues to conduct patrols periodically on transport lines, markets and various locations, to suppress violations, while receiving telephone and written complaints and addressing them duly.
The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Sweida recently closed a restaurant and two shops for violations.
