«Ellington» supports the endowment of «real estate developers» with a housing unit

The Awqaf Foundation and the Management of Minors Funds in Dubai, represented by the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Center for Endowment and Endowment Consultancy, announced the registration of a new endowment contribution to the real estate developers endowment initiative, provided by Ellington Real Estate Development Company, with the aim of supporting sustainable humanitarian work, serving the community, and meeting its needs.

Ellington allocated a real estate unit in the Hamilton House area in Al Barsha South Fourth as a sustainable charitable endowment, and the company handed over the unit to Dubai Endowments, to be managed and invested by the Foundation and spend its revenues on supporting various charitable activities, such as education, to support the unable groups, treat the distressed patients, support the needy, orphans and people of determination, and contribute to meeting the various needs of society.

The Secretary-General of the Awqaf Foundation and the Management of Minors Funds, Ali Al-Mutawa, praised Ellington's charitable contribution and welcomed its joining the innovative endowment initiative for real estate developers, saying that the real estate developers endowment initiative is continuing to achieve its humanitarian goals and promote integration between members of society and its institutions from the private sector. Al Mutawa added that the initiative has achieved wide spread, was welcomed by real estate development companies, and contributed to raising awareness of the importance of community institutions supporting its members, and the initiative also established aspects of humanitarian work and social solidarity among real estate companies.

For her part, the Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Endowment and Endowment Consultancy, Zainab Juma Al-Tamimi, appreciated the contribution of Ellington and all real estate companies that participated in the success of the real estate developers initiative.

Al Tamimi pointed out the importance of this type of community initiatives in building a culture of giving, and promoting the pillars of goodness among the various segments of society, embodying the principle of social responsibility, and consolidating the values of social solidarity inherent in the UAE society.

For his part, the co-founder and managing director of Ellington Real Estate, Joseph Thomas, praised the initiative of the Endowment of Real Estate Developers, and its importance in spreading awareness of the real estate endowment, enhancing its benefit in various aspects of goodness, building a culture of giving, and strengthening the pillars of goodness among various segments of society, embodying the principle of social responsibility, and consolidating the values of social solidarity inherent in the UAE society.
