Occupied Jerusalem-SANA

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed its call on the international community to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities and to pressure the Israeli occupation to stop its continuous violations and crimes against the Palestinian people, their land and their holy sites.

In a statement published by WAFA news agency, the ministry condemned in the strongest terms the crimes of demolition and bombing of homes carried out by the occupation throughout the Palestinian territories, stressing that they deepen the colonial annexation operations in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, and an integral part of the occupation's open war on the Palestinian people and their legitimate national rights, which permanently closes the door to any opportunity to establish a Palestinian state on the ground.

The Ministry warned of the consequences of dealing with these crimes as numbers in statistics, or as cases that have become regular because they are repeated every day and do not require international intervention or position, stressing that the distribution of the occupation for more demolition notices is a crime against humanity accountable under international law, and leads to the displacement of Palestinians, including children, women, the sick and the elderly, to find themselves in the open without shelter and in an illegal and illegal manner.
