Russia's ambassador to the United Nations, Vassily Nebenzia, confirmed that Washington and the European Union are disrupting the export of Russian grains and fertilizers.

TASS quoted Nebenzia as saying during a meeting of the UN Security Council: The implementation of the Russian part of the grain deal has not begun, as the Americans and Europeans are disrupting the export of Russian grains and fertilizers at a time when they accuse Moscow of this, adding: "The European Union and the United States, hypocritically declare that there are no sanctions on the export of Russian food and fertilizers, and refuse to reconnect the Russian agricultural bank "Rosselkhoz Bank" to the SWIFT system."

Russia's ambassador to the United Nations explained that other logistical problems caused by sanctions related to shipping and insurance have not been resolved, stressing that "the Kiev regime and its Western allies prevent the export of food and fertilizers, blaming this on others."

Nebenzia stressed that despite the West's game with the agreements, Moscow intends to continue to be guided by the need to contribute to ensuring international food security primarily for developing countries, and to overcome the artificial barriers erected by Western countries.
