With the participation of Syria, the activities of the International Petroleum Industries Exhibition in its 27th session kicked off in Tehran today.
The exhibition witnessed great and wide activity with the participation of a large number of Iranian and foreign companies.
The Syrian side was represented by the Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Dr. Firas Kaddour, and the Syrian Ambassador to Tehran, Dr. Shafik Diop, and the Iraqi Minister of Oil and many heads of diplomatic missions of Arab and foreign countries also participated in the exhibition.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, Dr. Kaddour discussed with the CEO of the Iranian company (Azer Up) Mustafa Azimi ways to expand cooperation, facilitate the exchange of experiences, and implement agreements concluded between Syrian and Iranian companies in the field of oil and gas.
