Donald Trump's lawyer and former New York mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, has been sued by his former aide, Noelle Dunphy, who claims she was forced to have sex with him to get and then keep her job.

In the 69-page complaint filed in Manhattan New York state court, she also charged him with "abuse of power, salary appropriation and other misconduct," all allegedly committed when she worked for him between 2019 and 2021.

The former assistant sought $10 million in compensation, including salaries not received.

Dunphy said that in 2019 Giuliani asked her for oral sex if she wanted to be hired as his assistant and earn up to a million a year. And the demands had gone ahead even afterward. In addition, over the next two years Giuliani would ask her to work naked, or wrapped only in an American flag or to undress during video calls. Dunphy publicly denounced the case in January but has now added more details.

Ted Goodman, a spokesman for Giuliani, said the former New York mayor "unequivocally rejects all allegations."

"Grace in exchange for money"

In the complaint, Noelle Dunphy claims that Giuliani offered a pardon in exchange for two million dollars, which the lawyer "would then share" with the tycoon. Giuliani allegedly asked her if she knew anyone who needed a "pardon," an individual clemency measure decided by the president of the United States, in exchange for two million dollars. "Trump and I," he said, "let's get in the way."

According to the complaint, Giuliani told her to "find individuals interested in pardons" but "without going through official channels," that is, through the Office of Pardon Procedure, because in that case the practice could become public under the Freedom of Information Act.
