Do
Kwon, CEO of Terraform Labs, said that he is also prepared for a trial in South Korea or the United States related to the Terra Luna crash.

Angelici, a lawyer representing Kwon's ongoing "fake passport" case in Montenegro, insisted on Kwon's innocence in an interview with local media.

"I am confident that my clients can prove their innocence in the courts of other countries," he said, "and my clients are ready to participate in the proceedings."

"So there's no fear of running away, there's no need to hide."

On the 12th, a Montenegrin court granted bail to Mr. Kwon and his close associate, Mr. Han Mo.

Bail was set at 1,40 euros per person and 5 million won of our own money.

However, they are not allowed to leave the designated residence by the court, and Kwon and others will reportedly be staying in an apartment owned by a local lawyer's live-in daughter's company.

Over the weekend, news of the prosecutor's appeal has yet to be heard.

If the prosecution does not appeal, the two will be released as soon as bail is posted and will be tried without bond.

If Kwon tries to drag out the local legal process as long as possible in order to buy time to prepare for his upcoming trial in the country of repatriation, the actual time of his repatriation will inevitably be delayed.
