A man claimed to own a company, defrauded a woman, and received 50,49 dirhams from her, in exchange for her entering a partner by 45%, while the Al Dhafra Court of First Instance ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of <>,<> dirhams.

In the details, a woman filed a lawsuit against a man who defrauded her by deluding her that he owns a company, and told her that he wanted to bring her into a partner with him in the new license, in exchange for paying her an amount of 50,49 dirhams, by <>%, where she sent the amount and a partnership contract was concluded with the plaintiff, as the founder, general manager and owner of the company, and he was convicted of seizing the money of others, and punished with imprisonment and deportation.

While the defendant decided that he received the amount from the plaintiff, and returned 5000 dirhams, and the remaining amount is 45 thousand dirhams, while the plaintiff commented that she did not want to give him payment, due to his procrastination more than once in returning the amount.

For its part, the court clarified that it is clear from the significance of the attached partnership agreement that the defendant, in his capacity as founder and general manager of a company, concluded a written partnership agreement that is not documented before the official authorities, with the defendant to enter her as a partner in the company by 49%, and to pay an amount of 40 thousand dirhams for the amount of the partnership, and pay an amount of 10 thousand dirhams as a deposit for the new shop (recoverable), and that profits and losses are shared between the partners, noting that it was found through the attached statement from the search system The Department of Economic Development states that the company is not owned by the defendant, does not have the right to include a partner in it, does not have a power of attorney or authorization for the owner, in addition to that its license has expired.
