In a video posted on Twitter on Friday, Marc Doyer, a media actor of the anti-vax movement, announced that he had received a summons to the gendarmerie. He will have to present himself in Clermont (Oise) on May 12. Olivier Véran had filed a complaint against him after he revealed the phone number of the minister last January, says Le Parisien this Sunday.

Up to 300,000 euros fine and five years in prison

Marc Doyer wanted to challenge Olivier Véran on the set of the show Face à Baba, hosted by Cyril Hanouna, where the two men were invited. In particular, he wanted to address the subject of his wife, whose death is due to vaccination against Covid-19. His participation in the talk show was eventually "deprogrammed," he said. He posted a video encouraging his community to ask the former health minister questions.

On the images deleted since, he held a sheet of paper with Olivier Véran's phone number written. "He whines because he lost his mobile phone number. I didn't steal his number," Doyer said on Twitter. He faces a fine of up to 300,000 euros and five years in prison.
