The video - probably taken by a drone - would show the city of Bakhmut "shining" with lights in the night.
According to Ukrainian government sources, it is a Russian bombardment with phosphorus incendiary munitions, the latter prohibited by the Geneva Convention since 1980.

If confirmed, phosphorus used for war purposes is a lethal and severely toxic substance, causing deep and painful burns.
