Following North Korea's announcement of the position of Workers' Party of Korea Deputy Chairman Kim Yong-yong, today (30 March) issued a commentary by the Korean Central News Agency, continuing to voice opposition to the outcome of the ROK-US summit talks.

The Korean Central News Agency, in a commentary titled "Dissecting the Truth of the Dangerous Nuclear War Campaign," asserted that "there is no precedent for designating us as a target for a nuclear attack and blatantly pecking at the regular and continuous deployment of nuclear strategic assets on the Korean peninsula like this one."

The joint statement, which confirmed the regularization of military exercises, also criticized the "dangerous nuclear war tactics with a sign of security, which makes no difference."

We have repeatedly affirmed our commitment to continue speeding up military build-up in line with the United States and the Republic of Korea.

The Korean Central News Agency asserted that President Yun's actions toward the United States "show that we must not hesitate or stop for a moment, in order to become stronger and more thoroughly prepared."

US President Biden's mention of the "end of power" at a press conference was met as "an unspeakable fanatical delusion," compared the United States to "a thug state of the world, an evil empire," and described President Yun as "a puppet weightlifter who has been played with a disgusting way to look at."

Finally, the Korean Central News Agency threatened that "the dangerous nuclear war maneuvers of the United States and the puppet ruling party, which deny the very existence of our state and are frantic about the crushing of the anti-republic, cannot be forgiven and will surely pay a high price."
