Three civilians and four soldiers were wounded in Israeli aerial bombardment in the vicinity of Homs in central Syria, according to Syrian state media and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

According to the official Syrian news agency (SANA), Israel carried out an air aggression with a number of missiles, targeting some points in the vicinity of the city of Homs, adding: «Our air defense means confronted the missiles of aggression, and shot down some of them», and pointed out that the shelling led to the injury of three civilians, and the ignition and burning of a number of tankers and trucks.

For its part, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that Israeli missiles destroyed an ammunition depot at Dabaa military airport in the countryside of Homs, and explained that the shelling caused the injury of four Syrian soldiers, and the destruction of a weapons truck.

This is the seventh Israeli bombardment of Syria since the beginning of April, according to the Observatory.
