In detail, the husband (Abu Youssef) narrated his problem to «Emirates Today», saying that he resides in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with his family consisting of his wife and three sons, and that he agreed with his wife to be satisfied with the three children, but he was finally surprised by his wife's pregnancy for the fourth time, and accepted the surprise, and decided to provide comfort for the wife during pregnancy, and was keen to conduct monthly examinations and reviews continuously, until the last week of the eighth month.

He added that before the scheduled due date, the wife felt the symptoms of childbirth, so he took her to the clinic where she was following up the pregnancy, and after the doctor examined the wife, she requested that she be transferred to Saqr Governmental Hospital as soon as possible.

Abu Youssef added that he took his wife directly to the emergency department at Saqr Governmental Hospital, and after conducting the necessary tests, it was decided to admit her to the delivery room, and she was exposed to health complications during childbirth, which necessitated a caesarean section for her, and then the infant was placed in intensive care for newborns, and stayed in the nursery for two days, and the bill for birth and stay in the hospital amounted to 20,600 dirhams.

He pointed out that when he asked to extract the birth papers of his child, the hospital administration told him that he must pay 20,600 dirhams for the cost of caesarean section and accommodation in full in order to obtain it, explaining that he is going through difficult financial circumstances that prevent paying the hospital bill, being the only breadwinner for the family consisting of a wife who does not work (housewife) and four children, and that he is unemployed because of his health condition, because he suffered from heart problems, and he cannot work, and he gets some assistance Finance from a friend, and this help is barely enough for food and drink.

Abu Youssef appealed to good people and people with compassionate hearts to help him manage 20,600 dirhams, the value of the hospital bill, so that he can obtain his son's birth certificate, to complete the happiness of his family.

The medical report explained that «the child stayed in intensive care for four days, until his health condition stabilized, and the bill for birth and hospitalization amounted to 20,600 dirhams».
