Between 1994 and 1995, Loïc was barely 10 years old. And it was at that age that three men abused him. Multiple times. Wednesday evening, nearly thirty years after the facts, they were tried by the Assize Court of the Alpes-Maritimes, which found them guilty of "rape of a minor under 15 years old", learned 20 Minutes from the registry, confirming information from Nice-Matin.

Pierre Misson, at whose home the attacks took place in Lantosque, near Nice, was sentenced to 16 years in prison, in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecutor's office. It was he who had denounced and incriminated the other two accused, his two former friends Daniel Chiaramello and Fabrice Giordano, each sentenced to ten years in prison. They denied having participated in the rapes in the former's house. The court was deeply convinced of their guilt.

Loïc "was finally waiting to be recognized as a victim" and "this wait, since the complaint [filed in 2013], was very heavy," responded to Nice-Matin his lawyer Julien Soubiran. According to him, the man of almost 40 years today still suffers from many addictions. "Everything he has suffered remains raw," his counsel explained.
