On October 28, 2019, the body of a man was found laced with more than forty stab wounds in an apartment in Carbonne, a commune south of Toulouse. Wednesday, the author of this crime was sentenced to thirty years in prison by the Assize Court of Haute-Garonne, accompanied by a security sentence of twenty years reports La Dépêche. They had exchanged on the Internet, before spending the evening together, during which they had been drinking, using drugs and having sex.

Released two years earlier, the former cook of Var origin was on parole at the time of the crime.
