　　Li Shangfu, male, Han nationality, born in February 1958, from Xingguo, Jiangxi Province, joined the work in May 1974, joined the army in August 1982, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1980, graduated from Chongqing University majoring in control theory and control engineering, on-the-job postgraduate Education, Doctorate of Engineering.
