"Sharjah Resources" organizes "Masarak" to nominate job seekers for private sector jobs

The Sharjah Human Resources Department organized the "Masarak" career fair, which conducts job interviews for job seekers to join private sector companies.

The exhibition, which was held under the slogan "Choose Your Path and Make Your Decision", and was held at the University City, included rehabilitation workshops organized in cooperation with the "Nafes" program to raise the competitiveness of Emirati cadres and increase their employment rates and contributions to the private sector.

More than 20 private sector entities from the UAE participated in Masarak: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), AW Rostamani Group, Investment Bank, Sharjah Driving Institute, Etisalat (OMB), Gargash Enterprises, DoubleTree Hotel & Residences by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront, Swiss Arabian Perfumes, Amazon, Falcon Pack, Prime Hospital, Saudi German Hospital, Mohammed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar, Albatha Holding Group, Tikon, Gulf International, Global Food Industries, Sitra and Gecko Super General.

Eng. Omar Khalfan bin Huraimel Al Shamsi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and Chairman of the Department of Human Resources, stressed that the organization of "Masarak" comes from the efforts of the Human Resources Department to support and enhance the presence of national cadres in the fields of work, and help them enter the various business communities with confidence.

He added that «such important events open the door to the sons and daughters of the country, and give them multiple options to obtain competitive opportunities and obtain jobs in the private sector».

He explained that the department is committed to the plan of qualifying and training job seekers to develop their potentials and capabilities and guide them, and then nominate them for appropriate jobs within the public and private sectors, in accordance with their qualifications and abilities, and by following practical methods and professional rules in force.

He praised the role of private sector institutions in cooperation to support the policy of Emiratization of national cadres in the public and private sectors.
